New house for 8 with garden and spacious rooms.

Positive: La tranquillité du quartier et le nombre de chambre

Positive: Beaucoup d'espace. Une terrasse. Negative: Divers équipements ne fonctionné pas (eau et glaçon du frigo américain, machine a café, portail capricieux.)

The home was clean, modern, and well-maintained. However, our stay was significantly impacted by the extreme heat. Temperatures reached nearly 40C, and the upstairs bedrooms became unbearably hot.We repeatedly requested assistance for cooling systems, as the owner initially indicated that the air conditioning would be checked. Later, we were informed that there was no air conditioning. We then requested fans and were promised additional units, but only one fan was available in the room downstairs. No fans were provided for the other three bedrooms or the living room. While the property itself looks nice, the lack of a cooling solution and the unfulfilled promises made our stay far less comfortable than expected. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future guests do not experience the same frustration.I am particularly disappointed with the management's lack of responsiveness to concerns that directly affected guests' comfort and well-being. A simple effort to address the issue or provide the promised fans would have made a significant difference.
