I came to Paris for a trip with my two daughters from February 3rd to 8th, 2026, but since leaving, I have been in endless trouble.
After collecting the full room fee before moving in, the apartment also requires an additional deposit of 500 euros to be collected online through the SWIKLY website.
After leaving early on the 8th, I immediately informed the apartment and declared that everything was in good condition. The apartment did not provide me with any differing opinions. However, on February 14th, I received an email from SWIKLY stating that a 200 euro deposit was deducted from me due to a broken key. Prior to this, the apartment did not inform me of the situation through any means, nor did they provide any evidence that I damaged the key. SWIKLY deducted my deposit of 200 euros without my confirmation.
For this statement, I guarantee with my personal past credit that the keys to the apartment were intact and undamaged when I left.
Regarding this issue, I communicated with the apartment through the booking message platform, but the apartment turned a blind eye and did not provide any pictures of the broken keys or evidence to prove that I had damaged them. The booking customer service team is also helping me communicate with the apartment, but the apartment still hasn't provided any sufficient information. This is the management of this apartment. I remind everyone to be careful not to get into trouble.

我是2026年2月3日到8日带俩个女儿来巴黎旅游,但是,自离开就陷入无尽的麻烦中。
该公寓收取了全部房费后,还要通过SWIKLY在线收取500欧元的押金。
我于8日离开后,第一时间告知公寓方,并声明一切完好。公寓方没有反馈任何的不同意见。但到了2月14日,我收到了SWIKLY邮件说是因为钥匙坏了扣我200欧元押金。在此之前,公寓方没有通过任何方式,告知我,也没有出具任何证据说我弄坏了钥匙。SWIKLY也没得到我确认,就直接扣除我押金。
对于该说辞,我以我个人过往信用担保,我离开时,公寓的钥匙完好无损。
就该问题,我和公寓方通过booking上message平台沟通,公寓方视而不见,不提供坏了的钥匙的图片,也不提供其他证据。booking客服团队也在帮助我和公寓方沟通,但是,公寓方依然没有任何充分的信息提供。请大家审慎选择该公寓。
