Beautiful T3 10 km from Paris Porte de St Cloud

Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kinder 10 und 11. Perfekt. Positive: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und in einer sicheren, mit Schranke gesicherten schönen Wohngegend. Privatparkplatz fürs Auto. Zug Linie L in 10 Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Von dort aus direkt in 15 Minuten Zentral in der Stadt im Bahnhof Saint Lazare. Somit mit Metro RER ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. Betten sehr gut. Zwei Kinderbetten. Ein Elternbett und ein bequemes Lederschlafsofa welches zu einem Bett augezogen werden kann. Zusätzlicher Raum durch Trennung mit Geschlossenem Vorhang. Negative: Bäcker leider 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt bei der Bahn. Super U 8 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Warmes Wasser erst nach langem vorlauf. Wohnung war im April etwas zu kalt.

Très bien, je recommande. Positive: L’emplacement et l’accessibilité du logement sont très avantageux. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description de l’annonce. Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé, je le recommande vivement. Les instructions pour accéder au logement étaient très claires. Negative: être plus vigilant sur la propreté des ustensiles de cuisine. Sinon RAS

Cold apartment with repeated heating failures, leaking boiler and poor host responsiveness. Positive: Good location. Negative: During our entire stay (14–17 February 2026), the apartment suffered from repeated and unresolved technical failures. The heating system and boiler repeatedly stopped functioning. As a result, there was no stable heating or reliable hot water during a winter stay. The apartment remained cold, and we had to manually reset the boiler multiple times to obtain temporary functionality. A leak developed under the boiler and towels had to be placed to collect water. During the night of 16–17 February, electricity also failed, leaving the apartment cold and without functioning heating or hot water early in the morning. Although the property was visited once, no durable repair was carried out and the issues continued until departure. In addition, the host was difficult to reach by phone despite multiple attempts. Messages were sent regarding the technical problems, but no effective solution was provided during our stay. For six adults in February, the absence of stable heating and hot water significantly affected the stay. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this apartment.

Positive: Bel emplacement et bien sécurisé. L'appartement est bien tenu et bien situé et surtout dans un cadre securisant Negative: Le parquet du sol (salon) fait un peu de bruit.

Positive: Un magnifique appartement très bien décoré, plein de charme !! Il est en plus très bien équipé, plus que bien d'autres appartements. Il est de plus très bien situé. Nous avons eu quelques soucis de chauffage mais le personnel a été très réactif et attentif ensuite à notre confort. Nous recommandons cet appartement.
