The apartment was not clean when we arrived, and when we asked where the "coin laundry" listed as an amenity was, the host said "the apartment does not have a laundry facility within the building. You may need to find one in the neighborhood." While we didn't expect the apartment to be big, the futon didn't fold up properly to give us room to unpack, and it was really uncomfortable to sleep on after a long day of walking.Worst of all, there was a sign in the lobby (which we couldn't see until we'd already checked in) saying short-term rentals were not permitted and people entering the building for short-term rentals would be charged with trespassing. The host assured us that the sign didn't apply to us, and at that point we were already there and just had to trust him. To be transparent, we were not charged at any point during our stay (we didn't run into any other residents), but it's only fair that you know about this when considering whether to stay here.

Je pense que ce logement pourrait être nettement amélioré avec quelques aménagements. Par exemple, surélever le lit afin Positive: Très bien situé, à proximité immédiate du château. Negative: Un peu petit, l’agencement pourrait être mieux pensé. Légère odeur d’humidité et assez chaud l’été.
